Advancing Today’s Leaders, Enriching Communities

Advancing Today’s Leaders, Enriching Communities

The Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) community draws from broad and diverse cultures and represents 60% of the world’s population.1

As we celebrate these vibrant cultures, we know that our collective experiences, personally and professionally, are richer and more meaningful because of the AAPI community’s significant contributions to our society.2

This month and throughout the year, we invite you to lean into this year’s theme of Advancing Leaders Through Collaboration by celebrating and elevating AAPI leadership at all levels, noting these opportunities:3

  • Collaboration involves intentional approaches such as truly hearing AAPI colleagues, asking questions, and incorporating views.
  • An intentional approach to collaboration is critical for innovation and idea-generation. We can always do more—together.
